Kelantan

Kelantan,
Is a state in the north-eastern part of Malaysia.
Known amongst the Malaysian, as home to the more "pious".
Often times, Kelantan is also synonymous with "backwardness", mainly due to its governing party, which comes from the opposition party - a party that chooses Allah (in their askewed ways) above anything else.
A state that is bordered by the province of Narathiwat, which is also a Muslim enclave amidst the ruling government of Thailand.

Kelantan,
Is a state that will become the Land of the Dinar and Dirham, come 12th of August 2010.
A state that, despite the charges of others about the ignorance of the people, will become the first state in the world to have an alternative currency!
That people could come to Kelantan, and have the freedom to choose the medium of exchange by which they trade in.
To choose to remain daft and neurotic and persist in exchanging valuables with voids,
Or to stand tall, and choose to be sane! And choose to say, "what is paper, but paper?"
And to be able to choose, is freedom, is Syari'ah and is Islam!

As of 12th of August 2010, the followings will take place in Kelantan:
1) 600 shops around Kelantan will have the stickers, which implies that they accept the Dinar and Dirham in their shops.
2) 30% of the pay of state government servants will be made using the Dinar and Dirham
Our effort in Kelantan are two prongs:

ONE
Using the guerrilla warfare strategy, we trot the street of Kota Bharu, we enter the shophouses, we tell them that 1) come 12th of August, they'd have this choice 2)that this is a fight against the status quo - of Riba! and 3)that them being Muslims leave them no choice but to put up the stickers and accept the coins when offered, and fear Allah and love Allah!

TWO
Using words of mouth, and the trickling number of affiliations and the-affiliated, we try to impart the zest and anger that burgeons in our soul, to "volunteers". The volunteers are those that will transmit this message for us to the street, to the shops and its keepers - when we cannot be present.

The launching of the Dinar and Dirham on the 12th of August 2010 will mark the end of Darurah, simply because, people now have a choice! A choice would render one unlawful should one persist in opting for the Haram.

We will also be able to see international representatives from all over the world at the launch, insyAllah. Those that, as Allah described in Surah at-Tawbah, 9:100

"The vanguard of Islam ― the first of those who forsook (their homes) and of those who gave them aid, and (also) those who follow them in (all) good deeds"

Therefore,12th of August 2010, or the 2nd day of Ramadhan 1431 Hijrah will be an event that will be the greatest political event of the 20th century! And Kelantan will be the onset of the wild fire that shall burn the capitalist world...to cinder!
